David W. Spicer received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism in
1971 from the University of Florida and was awarded his Master's
Degree in Education in 1976, also from the University of Florida. He
continued his education and received his Juris Doctorate from
Florida State University College of Law in 1980.After receiving his
law degree, Mr. Spicer worked with McFarlain, Bobo, & Cassedy,
P.A, as a litigation partner in insurance defense, primarily medical
malpractice, products liability and administrative law, from
1980-1990. He then co-founded Bobo, Spicer, Ciotoli, P.A., where he
was the managing partner and ran a statewide insurance litigation
practice, primarily medical malpractice, nursing home litigation,
products liability and administrative law from 1990-2002. He then
formed the firm of Spicer, Romaguera, Baker & Dawson, P.A. with
offices in Palm Beach Gardens and Orlando practicing in the areas of
personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation and
physician representations.
